VidiCrowd x ONBRDNG x HARDE KERN
VidiCrowd is a social publishing platform for sports. They asked Harde Kern to create a concept for a digital platform for the target audience of FC STRAAT, a platform that motivates young football players to evolve in the sport. They gave us 8 weeks.
Research
We had multiple sessions with the target audience. First, we had interviews and later in the design process we focused on testing the usability of our prototypes. 
Our research concluded the following: the user should be able to share their self-development with other users as this will stimulate them to continue growing in football. There must also be enough room for creativity and self-expression. At last, the users should feel connected to each other and the sport itself.

Football: more than a sport
This concept is based on the conclusions of our research. It tells the user: football is more than playing a few games a week on the pitch or at the local playground. There is a community for all those kids out there who play for a club and those who play on the streets. Ballie connects every young football player on its platform.

Ballie
Ballie is a social platform for young football players. On the platform users can share their own football content and interact with the posts of other users. The young players stay motivated to continue evolving in football by the gamification that’s implemented in the app through a trophy-system. The kids can also save motivating content such as new tricks and try them out later.
